Employee shall report to the Director of Construction corporately with direct job reporting to the Project Manager of the company and shall be responsible for all projects and/or tasks assigned by the company to supervise responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Director of Real Estate and executives on a variety of Real Estate processes and programs.
• Market Analysis and Google Earth mapping.

• LOI preparation, preliminary proformas, and interacting with outside civil engineering consultants.
